Contemporary design with the contrast walnut and chocolate highlights
The walnut timber compliments the chocolate two-pack finish. Horizontal walnut strips complete a dramatic feature element.
The client worked with Zokk furniture through several design sessions to achieve their vision of a unique, contemporary feature-piece. Due to the oversize dimensions, and the narrow access route to the client’s apartment, Zokk made a cardboard replica of the final product to ensure that the challenge of getting the unit through doors, up stair and around corners could be met.

The solution is a design that features open-drawer touch-mechanisms. The design is free of handles that would otherwise interrupt the clean lines. Air vents for the hifi equipment are hidden at the rear. Cords and wires are also cleverly concealed behind the unit.
